We collect the information you provide when you create a workspace, invite teammates, and connect tools — including your name, email, role assignments, and billing details. When you link a connector (GitHub, Slack, Stripe, GCP, Plaid), we access only the scopes you authorize.
Agent seats generate operational data as they work: specs, pull requests, tickets, campaigns, transactions, and the approval decisions you make. This data belongs to your workspace.
If you join our waitlist, we collect the name, email address, use case, and target launch date you submit, and use them solely to contact you about access to Sapient Works. Waitlist submissions are protected by reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms. We keep waitlist entries until you get access or ask us to remove you — email privacy@sapient.works at any time to be deleted from the list.
Agent seats process workspace data to perform their assigned function — grooming a backlog, reviewing code, triaging tickets, keeping books. Processing stays within your tenant; agents do not share data across workspaces.
We do not use your workspace content to train foundation models. Aggregate, de-identified usage metrics may inform product improvements.
Connected tools remain governed by their own terms. We store access tokens encrypted at rest and let you revoke any connector at any time from Settings, which immediately halts the agents that depend on it.
We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can export or delete your workspace at any time; on deletion we remove content within 30 days, excluding records we must keep for legal or accounting obligations.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped by role, and every agent action is logged to an audit trail visible to workspace admins.
Depending on your region, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. As the accountable exec, you also control every agent seat's permissions and can pause any function instantly.
If you sign in with Google or connect Google services to your workspace — such as Gmail, Google Docs, or Google Cloud — Sapient Works requests only the OAuth scopes you explicitly authorize, and uses the data obtained through them solely to provide the features you enable: authenticating you, sending and receiving the customer-support and outreach email you approve, reading and writing the documents you select, and deploying and monitoring your product in your Google Cloud project. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models, and never shared with third parties except as required to provide the service you requested.
Sapient Works' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Sapient Works' access at any time from your workspace Settings or from your Google Account permissions page; revocation immediately halts the agents that depend on the connection.
