You must be authorized to bind your organization to these terms. You are responsible for your workspace, the teammates you invite, and the connectors you enable. Keep your credentials secure.
Agent seats perform work within the permissions you grant. Actions requiring judgment — shipping code, sending communications, moving money, signing documents — are gated behind your approval. You remain the accountable exec for everything your workspace produces.
You can pause any agent, revoke any connector, or swap a seat for a human at any time.
You agree not to use Sapient Works to break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive output. We may suspend workspaces that put the platform or other customers at risk.
Agent work consumes credits, billed per your plan. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can view credit burn and adjust seats from Settings at any time.
You own the content your workspace creates. We own the platform, agent framework, and brand. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is." Agent output can contain errors — approvals exist so a human reviews consequential actions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
We may update these terms with notice. You can cancel anytime; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may export your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
